Wolves Grab 8 Medals

Lakehead’s wrestlers picked up eight medals on Sunday at the University of Toronto Open Meet in Toronto. The Wolves grappled to one gold, two silvers, and five bronzes. Freshman Jessica Bershatsky was Lakehead’s gold medal winner on the day; with Nicole Plummer and Colten Woznow picking up silvers and bronzes going to Laurel Knowles, Gaston Tardiff, Mitch Fryia, Corey Steffanizzi, and Jason Chalfoux.
